PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy saving in a blower fan, a cooling apparatus of a data center, and a cooling method of the data center.SOLUTION: A blower fan 23 includes: a plurality of vanes 26 freely rotatable about a rotational axis X; and an angle adjustment part 29 that adjusts an angleαbetween a plane Y perpendicular to the rotational axis X and a surface of the vane 26 so that the adjacent vanes 26 overlap with each other in a front view when rotation of the vane 26 is stopped.
