PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet loading tray capable of easily loading a long sheet.SOLUTION: The sheet loading tray to load a sheet to be fed to an image forming apparatus includes: a placement part 30 on which a first portion of the sheet at a leading end side of the sheet is placed; first support parts 41 for supporting a second portion of the sheet folded back upward at a trailing end side of the first portion of the sheet; and second support parts 42 for supporting a third portion of the sheet folded back upward at a trailing end side of the second portion of the sheet. The first support parts 41 and the second support parts 42 are, respectively, disposed in pairs in a sheet width direction, and reciprocally movable integrally in the sheet width direction to each other. A distance between the pair of second support parts 42 is wider than a distance between the pair of first support parts 41.
