Disclosed in the present invention are an electronic device and a communications system having the same, wherein the electronic device comprises: a wireless communications unit which enables communications with another electronic device; a display unit which displays an execution screen executed on a web application; and a control unit which extracts web codes of the web application related to the execution screen, and transmits the extracted web codes to another electronic device via the wireless communications unit so as to output the screen information related to the execution screen by using the web codes on another electronic device.
