A waste gate assembly for a turbo charger is disclosed. The waste gate assembly for a turbo charger capable of actively controlling the discharging amount of the exhaust gas is provided. The waste gate assembly for a turbo charger is provided on the gas exhaust inlet side of the turbine and is to bypass a part of the exhaust gas flowing into the turbine to the outside. The waste gate assembly for a turbo charger comprises: a boss, provided in the waste gate body and having a hole for discharging the exhaust gas; a valve body, installed to be in spherical contact with a mounting surface of the boss portion, selectively opening and closing the hole of the boss portion; and an actuator, installed to be connected with the valve body, providing a rotational force on the valve body.
