A method for displaying a page according to various embodiments of the present specification includes: a motion for detecting an input for moving a page; a motion for determining a scrollable distance according to the detected input; and a motion for displaying graphic user interface (GUI) based on the scrollable distance and the displayed location of the displayed page. According to an embodiment of the present specification, a method and a device of the same are provided, wherein a user does not repeat an action for moving an unnecessary page in order to display GUI, which is additionally displayed when using a terminal, and does not need to perform an additional touch input in order to display a window for the input, thereby improving a user′s usability.
