PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent body that includes a water-absorbing resin between sheet members but does not include pulp fiber, thereby hardly causing the water-absorbing resin to fall, and to provide an absorbent article with the absorbent body.SOLUTION: A absorbent body 1 is provided in the absorbent article. The absorbent body 1 includes: a first sheet member 3; a second sheet member 4; and a water-absorbing resin 5 between the first sheet member 3 and the second sheet member 4. In the absorbent body, an absorbent sheet body 2 without the pulp fiber is folded back at both end parts E in a width direction x, and in both end parts E, the water-absorbing resin is not disposed between the first sheet member 3 and the second sheet member 4. |
