PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control valve and its assembling method capable of reducing air leakage in fully closing a butterfly valve.SOLUTION: On a valve body 1 of an intake control valve, semi-circular arc projections 61, 62 partially covering circumferences of cylindrical bosses 41, 42 of a butterfly valve 5 are disposed, and thus, the cylindrical bosses 41, 42 can be easily placed on first and second recessed curved surfaces formed on inner faces of first and second curved surface recessed portions 63, 64 of the semi-circular arc projections 61, 62 from first and second insertion ports 65, 66 formed at an opposite side of the semi circular arc projection. Thus central axes of the cylindrical bosses 41, 42 of the butterfly valve 5 can be easily made coincident with central axes of first and second bearing portions of the valve body 1. |
