FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: wheel comprises a body consisting of a hub 1 with a fitment hole 2 and a pair of disks 3 and 4 fixed on the hub ends and gear rim edges, the gear rim is made as separate teeth 5 not connected to each other, fixed by their ends to the said disks, the teeth are truncated in their bases with working sections of their side surfaces 6 being preserved, stiffening ribs in the form of plates 7 with the width equal to the distance between the disks 3 and 4 and with the length equal to the distance from the hub 1 to the dedendum circle of the gear rim are installed between the hub 1 and the gear rim symmetrically and radially in respect to the wheel, the plates are fixed at the hub and the disks.EFFECT: lower costs of gear wheel production with their strength characteristics being preserved, improved repairability.2 dwg |
