FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: in-depth ligation instrument comprises a handle, a rod and a two-branch fork. The fork is U-shaped. The branch end faces bear V-shaped through slots. The slots extend at an angle of 30° to a fork base in a plane parallel to a long axis, and form equal portions with drop-shaped lugs on the end faces. The maximum width of each slot is equal to the maximum diameter of a retention suture. The maximum depth of each slot is found on the outer side of the branch. The handle is presented in the form of a base platform.EFFECT: instrument enables optimising the angle between the instrument and applied knot, reducing the area of the working portion of the instrument in a lower aperture of an incision wound, increasing the wholeness and controllability of the instrument, facilitating the ligation process, avoiding the thread drop-off from grooves of the working portion of the instrument in the ligation process, reducing the length of the operation, haemorrhage, the number of intraoperative injuries, measuring the applied force to mechanical stability of tissues.3 dwg, 1 tbl |
