FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: gear wheel includes a body consisting of a hub with a fitment hole and a pair of disks fixed on the hub ends and on the gear rim edges. The gear rim is made of separate teeth that are not connected to each other and are fixed by their ends between the disks. The teeth are truncated in their bases, and working sections of their side surfaces are preserved. A circular insert with its width being equal to the distance between the disks, is installed between the hub and the gear rim coaxially to the wheel rotation axis between the disks and is fixed on the latter. The outer insert radius is equal to the radius of dedendum circle of the gear rim with non-truncated teeth.EFFECT: lower costs of gear wheel production with their strength characteristics being preserved, improved repairability.2 dwg |
