FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: air cooling unit comprises heat exchanging sections with heat exchange tubes, gas supply and removal headers, and unit support structure. Connection of heat exchange tubes with header is made via the horizontal and inclined manifolds, in the horizontal manifold holes are made for connection with the heat exchange tubes, in the surface of contact with the header a X-groove is made for welding, in the inclined manifold the holes are made for connection with the heat exchange tubes, bevelling of the side surface is made towards the surface of contact with the header, on the surface of contact with the header from side opposite to the bevel a V-groove is made for welding, the horizontal manifold is welded to the header, on the horizontal manifold from the place of contact between the manifold and header a rectangular cavity is made, angle between the manifolds and base at the header axis is 35°±30', in the manifold holes the ends of the heat exchange tubes are inserted and welded. Bevel of the side surface of the inclined manifold and rectangular cavity of the horizontal manifold are made on the condition to ensure distance between manifolds on the header surface at least 20 mm.EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and assemblage.6 dwg |
