FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: expanding turbine consists of: a casing with an inlet hole and an outlet hole for working fluid medium, at least one stator (3) mounted inside the casing, at least one rotor (2) mounted inside the casing and able of rotation around the respective rotation axis (X-X), a branch pipe (4) enclosed in the casing, a mechanical unit (5) installed inside the branch pipe (4). The mechanical unit (5) comprises a bush (7) and a shaft (6) installed so that to rotate inside the bush (7). The shaft (6) is coupled to the rotor (2) with the possibility of rotation, and the whole mechanical unit (5) can be taken as a solid unit out of the branch pipe (4) on the side opposite the said rotor (2). The rotor can move along the axial direction (X-X) between the first configuration when the mechanical unit (5) is set inside the branch pipe (4) and the rotor (2) is distanced from the branch pipe (4) so that the working fluid medium can rotate it, and the second configuration when the mechanical unit (5) is taken out of the branch pipe (4) and the rotor (2) is pressed to the branch pipe (4) providing for static seal (18, 19).EFFECT: significant simplification of design and faster maintenance because turbine disassembly operations can be carried out without the turbine casing being emptied.9 cl, 2 dwg |
