Then the conflict resolution platform (119 identifies the second active final point (101a-101n) on the basis, at least, partially, detection of the named power supply condition. The conflict resolution platform (119) generates the query of the second active final point for entry of the first active final point into the active mode with reference to the named passive final point and sends this query.
