PRODUCTION OF FORGED PIECE WITH ADAPTIVE GRINDING

FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of turbomachine blade-type parts. Billet is produced by precision forging. After forging, billet geometrical sizes are measured and compared with theoretical model with preset geometrical characteristics of produced part. Inadequate zones and mount of material to be removed are defined on billet surface. Billet is ground by abrasive tape. Note here that material removal is controlled by variation of part motion relative to abrasive tape in the lengthwise direction of the part. Parameters of said abrasive tape are kept constant.EFFECT: lower labour input, higher quality of parts.9 cl, 2 dwg
