The boxes are mounted with flexible caps in the grooves of the end wall of the hopper and the diaphragms and fixed respectively on the outer end wall of the hopper and the outer side of the working body with the ability of rotation and fixation. On the outer side of the lower stage of the hopper a fixed holder of the supporting and turning arrangement is mounted symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis, having on the outer side a toothed sector, and movable holder is connected with an additional ring mounted in the opening of the lower stage of the working body, with a pivot plate mounted above the lower stage of the hopper.
