FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: force-sensitive element comprises an elastic ring with resistance strain gages, two stiff rings of smaller and larger diameters, radial levers along their ends are equipped with upper and lower beams of equal thickness and length made in the form of trapezoids with curved bases. At the same time the width of smaller base of each lower beam is equal to half of width of also the smaller base of the upper beam. The stiff ring of smaller diameter is connected to upper beams for each lever located inside the elastic ring. Lower beams are connected to the upper part inside the elastic ring, and at the bottom it is connected with upper beams for each lever located outside the ring. Lower beams are connected with the stiff ring inside, and they are all made as a whole.EFFECT: expanded range of force measurement towards small loads with higher accuracy.4 dwg |
