摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: microvascular anastomosis is created by means of a metal wire carrier. After vessel edges are incised to reach an intact structure, a pointed end of the metal wire carrier is inserted into a lumen from a proximal end of the vessel to be repaired and brought out through a vessel wall at 4-6 mm from a vessel end. Then it is extended in the proximal direction through a point where it has been brought out so that a posterior portion of the wire carrier having a window is found within the anastomosis. A distal end of the vessel is put on the posterior portion of the wire carrier. That is followed by mating the vessel edges, and interrupted sutures are applied so as to make a suture needle pierce the vessel wall within the carrier window with taking hold of all its layers, however leaving the posterior vessel wall intact. After the four interrupted sutures have been applied from opposite sides, the pointed end of the wire carrier is turned about its axis at 90 degrees to continue suturing. After the anastomosis is applied, the carrier is held by the pointed end and removed through the point where it has been brought out.EFFECT: method enables preventing post-replacement thrombosis of finger blood vessel anastomosis by anatomical mating of the vessel wall edges and reducing the vessel edge injuries by surgical instruments and suture needle.1 dwg, 1 ex
