The present invention relates to a fermented food packing container to prevent a burst caused by fermentation gas by forming an air discharge means. A container body having an inner space is sealed by a sealing paper, and a lid is fastened. As a protruding pillar and a pressure bar which protrude to face the container body and the lid are formed in the inner space of the container body, the sealing paper blocks a discharge hole of the protruding pillar. Air is discharged by opening the discharge hole as the sealing paper and the pressure bar are raised by pressure increase of the inner space. Accordingly, even if fermentation or ripening of the fermented food proceeds in distribution while a fermented food is contained in the packing container, air is discharged to the outside, and the container does not burst. Also, leaking of contents can be prevented in distribution. |
