摘要 The present invention relates to a method for coating a spring for a vehicle, and aims to provide a method for coating a spring which prevents a shortening of fatigue life by applying a resistance heating step for a very short time which also performs as a maintaining and drying step and a dry hard step through a dry hard path, when coating the spring, and by hardening the spring in the air using the latent heat remaining in the spring, thereby preventing a decrease of residual stress than a short pinning state; which increases an anti-corrosion property by preventing a damage of a film particle which is pre-processed with a zinc phosphate and a decrease of an adhesion with a film; and which improves a production speed. The method for coating the spring for the vehicle of the present invention comprises the steps of: short pinning on the surface of the spring (S10); pre-processing with the zinc phosphate on the surface of the spring (S20); resistive-heating the spring (S30); coating the powder on the surface of the spring (S40); and naturally hardening and drying the spring in the air (S50).
