The present invention relates to a junction box and a photovoltaic module comprising the same. A junction box according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a body combined with an upper case and a lower case, and a diode within the body. The body comprises: a couple of first parts lined up with each other; a second part which connects one end of the first parts; and a bridge unit which connects the couple of first parts by crossing the first parts, with the diode located inside. The second part and the bridge unit are separated, having an opening in-between.
