A payment method using a user fingerprint according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step for receiving and detecting a fingerprint from a user in response to a request for fingerprint verification transmitted from a payment relay server in response to a payment request; a step for transmitting a verification result of the fingerprint to the payment relay server; a step for receiving a verification number from a communications server corresponding to an identification number included in the payment request, and transmitting a corresponding number entered by the user based on the verification number to the communications server via the payment relay server; and a step for receiving a payment result in which the payment relay server receives from the communications server carrying out the payment from the payment relay server based on a comparison result of the corresponding number and the verification number.
