Disclosed is a roller manufacturing method for forming Sujebi chunks. The roller manufacturing method for forming Sujebi chunks of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a Sujebi chunk forming roller having forming grooves for forming Sujebi chunks on an outer surface, wherein the method comprises the steps of: a) regularly or irregularly forming forming grooves on the entire surface of a metal plate which is formed of a predetermined thickness and a square shape; b) forming a release coating layer over the entire forming grooves formed on the metal plate for separation of Sujebi chunks to be formed; c) forming the metal plate formed with the release coating layer in a cylindrical shape having a curvature which is same with a curvature of a roller body; and d) fitting the metal plate formed in a cylindrical shape in the step c) into the roller body in a vertical direction to temporarily couple thereto, and coupling the cylindrical metal plate to the roller body through welding. According to the present invention, Sujebi chunk forming grooves are formed on the surface of the metal plate having the predetermined thickness, and the metal plate is formed in a cylindrical shape and then coupled to the roller body, whereby the forming roller for forming Sujebi chunks can be cheaply and easily manufactured. In addition, forming grooves and forming protrusions are formed on the forming roller and a roller for pressurization is made of a teflon material, thereby having an effect of smooth formation of Sujebi chunks. |
