The present invention relates to a hydrogel/absorbent, a manufacturing method thereof and a removing method of radioactive substances using the same wherein the hydrogel/absorbent in which magnetic particles, an absorbent having ferrocyanide, which selectively absorbs radioactive cesium and the absorbent are inserted and sealed comprises hydrogel to induce radioactive substances near the absorbent.
