The present invention relates to a secondary battery ultrasonic welding device comprising: a horn to weld a first member protruding from an electrode assembly, and a second member connected to the first member to each other; an anvil arranged on the bottom of the horn to support the first and second members; and a protector arranged close to the horn toward a direction where the first member is supplied. An adhesion member is arranged on the protector such that foreign matters occurred in ultrasonic welding can be adhered on the protector. The present invention prevents an inflow of foreign matters occurred in the ultrasonic welding into the electrode assembly by adhering foreign matters to the protector having the adhesion member.
