The present invention provides a heat-treatment furnace for a roll comprising: a body wherein the roll to be treated is inserted; first heater units installed in both inner lateral surfaces of the body to supply heat inside the body; and a volume control unit installed to move vertically on the upper side of the internal space of the body to control a volume of the internal space of the body.
