Disclosed are a directional light extraction apparatus and a light inter-connection system including the same. The disclosed directional light extraction apparatus comprises a light emission structure to emit light; a light supplying unit included in the light emission structure and to make the resonation of the light; and a light antenna layer including a light reflection unit to reflect the light emitted from the light supplying unit to have the directionality of the light. The light supplying unit has a slot shape to penetrate through the light antenna layer.
