<p>Provided is a matrix carrier composition for use in pharmaceutical delivery system, the composition comprising an intermolecular association of at least a first solid phase comprising nanoparticles having hydrophobic surface, wherein the size of the nanoparticles is in the range of about 5-1000 nm, a second solid phase, comprising a biopolymer having hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts, and a continuous phase comprising oil associated with the first and said second solid phases.</p> |
