Disclosed are a system and a method for treating evaporation gas. The system for treating evaporation gas treats evaporation gas generated in a LNG storage tank of a ship or an offshore structure, and comprises: a fuel supply line supplying evaporation gas generated in the LNG storage tank to a market; a compressor arranged in a fuel supply line, and compressing evaporation gas; and a returning line diverging from the fuel supply line at a rear end of the compressor, additionally compressing and liquefying compressed evaporation gas, and returning the same to the LNG storage tank. |
