An objective of the present invention is to provide a flange mechanism which can suppress scuffing between a mounting hole and a boss unit. The flange mechanism (30) according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical boss unit (311); a blade mounting unit (311a); a fixed flange (31) having a support flange unit (313) to support a side surface (211a) of a cutting blade (20); a mounting hole (321) whose inner circumference (321a) is supported on a blade mounting unit (311a); a pressing flange (32) to support and press the cutting blade (20) against the fixed flange (31); and a fixing nut (33) to fix the pressing flange (32) to the fixed flange (31). The inner circumference (321a) comprises: a guide unit whose diameter becomes larger towards the cutting blade (20) and smaller towards the fixing nut (33); a relief unit whose diameter becomes larger towards the fixing nut (33) and smaller towards the cutting blade (20); and a support corner unit formed between the guide unit and the relief unit. The support corner unit contacts the blade mounting unit (311a) to support the pressing flange (32). |
