The present invention relates to a novel Pseudonocardia autotrophica-derived polyene-specific glycosyltransferase. The present invention provides a glycosyltransferase including an amino acid sequence of SEQ NO: 1 and a gene encoding the glycosyltransferase. Moreover, the present invention provides a recombinant expression vector including the gene, and a recombinant microorganism transformed through the recombinant expression vector. Furthermore, the present invention provides the steps of: culturing the transformed recombinant microorganism; and separating the glycosyltransferase from the cultured recombinant microorganism.
