The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heating and cooling mat and a manufacturing method for the same, capable of not only having an effect such that a filter is uniformly injected into a mat that is separated in a number of bag shapes but also mass-producing heating and cooling mats by easily manufacturing the heating and cooling mat since a matt plate, capable of folding by being separated in the shape of a plurality of bags by high frequency is manufactured through the steps of: expanding mat fabric; making a gel state by injecting a filling material thereon; and forming a mat plate by spreading different mat fabric thereon. In particular, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the heating and cooling mat and the manufacturing method for the same which can be easily and conveniently used by folding in any form such as a fabric with lightweight, wherein more carbon fiber heating wires are configured on these mat plates. In addition, the other purpose of the present invention is to provide the heating and cooling mat and the manufacturing method for the same which may not only improve the mat quality by significantly reducing bubbling effect due to residual air when charging each bag but also may be more easily injected for the filter by charging the first filer to the bag shape without removing the mat plate. |
