An organic light emitting diode according to an embodiment of the present invention uses laser instead of a mask process in the step of encapsulation, having an effect of reducing the cost spent for producing and maintaining mask equipment. The diode also increases productivity by simplifying the process without the mask process, and improves the yield rate by removing failures such as a penetrating film, debris, arc, electrostatic effect, and a change in the property of a film caused by the mask.
