The present invention relates to a core stacking stand and an aligning pin device to align cores stacked on the core stacking stand and, more specifically, relates to an upper aligning pin device approaching the cores from an upper side of the stacked cores; and to a core stacking stand with the upper aligning pin device. The present invention provides the core stacking stand comprising: a base frame; a stacking plate joined to the base frame to be able to rotate, having a stacking surface on which the cores are stacked; the upper aligning device comprising a post formed onto a column around the base frame, and a slider formed on the post to move vertically; a female shaft extended from the slider, rotating from a work position on the top of the core stacking stand and a waiting position separated from the top of the core stacking stand, and an aligning pin device formed on the female shaft and inserted into a guide hole of the stacked core; and a standing device rotating the stacking plate to make the stacking surface of the stacking plate be horizontal or vertical.
