Provided are an apparatus and a method to assemble a wind power plant to facilitate the assembly of a wind power plant in a small assembly space, and to minimize a frequency of lifting during the assembly of the wind power plant. The method to assemble a wind power plant comprises: a step of lifting a nacelle and a rotor using a lifting unit to assemble them in order to facilitate the assembly of a wind power plant in a small space, and to minimize a frequency of lifting during the assembly of the wind power plant; and a step of lifting, mounting, and fixating the nacelle assembled with the rotor to the top of a tower using the lifting unit. Therefore, a space to assemble a wind power plant can be minimized as the wind power plant is lifted to be assembled; and efficiency on the assembly of the wind power plant can be maximized as a time to assemble the wind power plant is shortened by the minimized lifting frequency. |
