Disclosed is a phase compensating device of an inverter output voltage. The present invention compensates a measurement voltage delay of an inverter output voltage detection unit, improving performance of an inverter. The present invention comprises: an inverter which supplies voltage to an electric motor; a control unit which supplies commend voltage to the inverter; and a voltage detection unit which detects output voltage of the inverter.
