Provided are an electrode and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electrode comprises: a transparent substrate; a nanocomposite disposed on the transparent substrate, wherein nanoparticles are evenly dispersed inside a polymer; and a transparent electrode layer located on the nanocomposite, and including a fine concavo-convex part having an irregular structure on the surface.
