The present invention provides an agricultural coating composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and an agricultural coating film containing the same. The agricultural coating composition comprises: a bead-shaped colloid silica sol in which spherical colloid silica particles are connected in the shape of beads; (A) a composite colloid sol containing an alumina sol composed of a cluster of alumina particles formed in the shapes of a needle, a granule or a rod; and (B) a crosslinking agent.
