According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a travel control device for an excavator. The travel control device for an excavator includes: a first and a second pump connected to a driving motor of an excavator and supplying pressured oil to a plurality of actuators; a third pump supplying the pressured oil to the actuators; a first travel control spool and a second travel control spool installed in a flow passage in the most upstream side of the first pump and the second pump and controlling the flow of the pressured oil supplied to the driving motor; a mode selection switch selecting a travel mode and a work mode; and a travel merge conversion valve merging the pressured oil of the third pump toward the upstream side of the first travel control spool and the second travel control spool when a travel mode is selected by the mode selection switch.
