The present invention provides an apparatus for generating a driving path and a method therefor using fixed-type objects positioned in the front side. According to the present invention, the apparatus for generating a driving path comprises: a space information obtaining unit obtaining information of a space where a magnetic vehicle is capable of driving using the fixed-type objects positioned on both sides of the magnetic vehicle; a driving direction prediction unit predicting the driving direction of the magnetic vehicle based on driving information of the magnetic vehicle and the information of a distance between the magnetic vehicle and the fixed-type objects; and a driving path generation unit generating the driving path of the magnetic vehicle based on the driving direction of the magnetic vehicle and the information of the space.
