The present invention relates to a digital production optimizing system including a scenario simulation and a bottleneck process information treatment. The digital production optimizing system of the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) receiving an adjustment variable value and a performance characteristic value by adjustment variable by scenario; (B) performing a simulation by scenario and generating at least one piece of simulation analysis information according to a result of the simulation; (C) inducing at least one bottleneck process from the simulation analysis information and generating pre-determined diagnosis information about the bottleneck process; and (D) treating line balancing information of processes. In the present invention, simulations about a plurality of scenarios are performed, thereby discovering bottleneck processes from the simulation result and minimizing a decrease in total productivity caused by the bottleneck processes. An optimal scenario is generated through a t-inspection, and a difference in average values of scenarios is shown, thereby remarkably helping a user to review and select a scenario and enabling the user to effectively review an alternative scenario by comparing and analyzing a performance characteristic value through a facility function change in each process. |
