The present invention relates to a method for producing a runner by using quartz and, more specifically, to a method for producing a runner by using quartz, the method comprising: a washing step (S110) of washing a wasted quartz product or quartz; a crushing and pulverizing step (S120) of crushing and pulverizing the washed quartz to have various kinds of particles sizes; an agitating step (S130) of mixing particles having different sizes which are crushed and pulverized from the crushing and pulverizing step (S120) at a predetermined mixing ratio, and mixing and agitating the same with water; a molding step (S140) of molding and drying the agitated quartz by using a mold or a mold frame for producing a runner; a plasticizing step (S150) of plasticizing the molded quartz; and a surface glassifying step (S160) of densifying a texture of a plasticized runner. |
