The present invention relates to a table lamp that emits a personalized light. The table lamp allows a user to choose a light, with which the user feels most comfortable or select a prescribed light according to a measurement of the user′s brainwave, and emits the selected light, thereby improving the user′s learning performance. The table lamp comprises: a lampshade (10) having a three-color LED module (12) on a lower side thereof, a storage unit (38) for storing light optimization information about a light, with which each of a plurality of users feels most comfortable; and a control unit (36) for controlling the three-color LED module (12) to emit a light according to the light optimization information of a particular user stored on the storage unit (38) according to a user command supplied from an input unit (32).
