The present invention is to provide a dual spray nozzle device for a vehicle, which can improve ejection performance at a low temperature by injecting a fluid to a front side of a windshield glass, using a secondary chip for generating a main chip and a jet stream to generate a spray flow. The present invention provides the dual spray nozzle device for a vehicle, which is a nozzle device injecting a fluid to a windshield glass of a vehicle, and comprises: a chip housing formed in an upper portion of a nozzle body; a main chip mounted in an inner space of the chip housing, and spreading and injecting a fluid supplied from a lower portion of the nozzle body to a central portion of the windshield glass; and a secondary chip mounted in an inner space of the chip housing, and injecting a fluid supplied from a lower portion of the nozzle body to both left and right sides of the windshield glass.
