摘要 The present invention relates to a technology to adjust height of a fabricated optical fiber and detect defects on a sectional surface of the optical fiber, and more specifically, to a system for height aligning and checking of an optical fiber, comprising: a chamber partitioned on a table and forms an appearance to protect an inner part from an outer part; a device part installed inside the chamber to adjust the height of exposed optical fiber and check sectional defect condition of an optical fiber; a data storage part to store image data of an optical fiber measured from the device part; a monitor to display images of an optical fiber transmitted from the data storage part; an input part to select or input a number or a button, etc. related to images of an optical fiber on the monitor screen; a control part to control the movement of the device part or to supply power to the monitor and the data storage part; and a light adjusting part to control light of an electron microscope installed to the device part.
