The present invention relates to a wireless charging device and a controlling method thereof. According to the present invention, the wireless charging device comprises: a reception module receiving electric power by either a magnetic induction method or a magnetic resonance method from the outside; and an input signal judgment unit receiving an input signal from the outside and judging properties of the input signal, wherein the reception module can include a reception control unit controlling to be operated in the magnetic induction method or the magnetic resonance method according to properties of the input signal received from the input signal judgment unit. |
