The present invention relates to a padding using kapok fiber and duck down, and more specifically, to a padding using kapok fiber and duck down, wherein kapok fiber is an eco-friendly material and used to be filled with duck down. An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first kapok fiber layer formed with a web structure of the kapok fibers; a second kapok fiber layer formed with the web structure of the kapok fibers; duck down; and a duck down layer inserted and filled in between the first and second kapok fiber layers.
