The present invention relates to a jig device which closely pressurizes leads of two battery cells corresponding to each other so that the leads are welded to each other. The jig device comprises: a fixing unit placed adjacent to the welded leads of the two battery cells; a supporting unit which is provided in the fixing unit and of which a front end supports an outer surface of one of the welded leads; and a pressurizing unit which is rotationally fixated to the fixing unit and pressurizes an outer surface of the other one of the welded leads while the front end is rotated in the direction of the supporting unit.
