FLAME RETARDANT COMPOSITES MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY UTILIZING NATURAL FILLER THE SAME

摘要

The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing mechanical property of a foaming type flame retardant material using natural materials and, more specifically, a composite material which introduces a natural filler and a commercial polymer blending system to reinforce mechanical strength of flame retardant composite material using open type foaming materials. The composition of the present invention is manufactured through only one extruding process to minimize mass-production of materials and thermal variation and has improved rigidity whose strength is 100 times more than an existing composite material, comprising ethylene vinylacetate, a filler for foaming, polypropylene and natural fillers.
