Disclosed are a device and a method for treating data of a wind power generation system. The device of the present invention comprises: a server communication unit for collecting and transmitting data generated from a wind power generator; a data manager unit for receiving data from the wind power generator, a wind SCADA system, and an external system and analyzing, discerning, transmitting, and storing the collected data; and a client communication unit for transmitting a control command outputted from the wind SCADA system and collecting the data transmitted from the data manager unit.
