The present invention relates to a conductive film, its manufacturing method, and a display device including the conductive film. The conductive film of the present invention comprises: a base layer; a transparent electrode layer disposed on the base layer; and a conductive pattern layer disposed on the transparent electrode layer, wherein the conductive pattern layer includes a metal nitride pattern layer including CuNx (0 < x <= 0.1, x is a mass ratio of N with respect to the mass of Cu).
